Disney Dinners

Alisha did lots of preparation prior to our trip to Disney World. On various websites, she found that to fully maximize our time at Disney we'd need to pre-arrange where we'd eat and which rides we'd ride (FastPass+). Disney World is a collection of 4 different parks:
  • Magic Kingdom (similar to Disneyland)
  • Hollywood Studios (similar to California Adventure, minus Cars Land)
  • Epcot (a world culture and design expo)
  • Animal Kingdom (a zoo with rides)
We even tried to choose which park we'd visit, based on the predicted crowd level at each park.

One of the things we were most excited about were some of the special meal reservations she arranged. The one that was most special was a dinner inside the Beauty & the Beast castle. Alisha happened to snag a reservation a week prior to our trip (due to a cancellation), even though such reservations usually are full months in advance. We ate dinner inside the main hall while (fake) snow fell outside the window:

The other restaurants we ate at inside the Disney parks were a 50's-themed diner and a seafood restaurant where an entire wall faced a huge aquarium, complete with sharks and a 6-8' wide ray that occasionally swam by to eclipse half of the window by himself and wow the kids who happened to catch a glimpse (I didn't get a good picture).
